How this is calculated: Sunrise and sunset use the NOAA solar position algorithm with the standard 90.833 degree zenith (refraction plus solar semidiameter). Tithi, Nakshatra, Yoga and Karana are derived from the true geocentric longitudes of the Sun and Moon computed from Meeus solar theory and a 60 term lunar series, converted to sidereal coordinates using the Lahiri ayanamsa. Moonrise and moonset are found by iterating the Moon altitude through 0.125 degrees. Rahu Kaal, Yamaganda, Gulika, Dur Muhurat, Choghadiya and Hora use the classical eighth part and muhurta divisions of the actual sunrise to sunset interval. All timings are shown in the timezone you select.
